Hi all, New here. After almost 26 years since I was a machine operator I thought I would treet myself to a lathe (Chester DB10GVS) second hand from ebay. Only done minor turning on it, last job was modifying gun scope mounts. I was useing the lathe to do milling jobs and thought a mill would be easeyer so I went and got myself a Chester Champoin 20V. Still a big learning curve and learning new stuff all the time. 1st project with the mill is making a tool grinding rest/table. Just waiting for the knurling tool to turn up from chronos (7 days and counting) to compleet. Cheers Ian |
