Hi Tom , it is still looking better every time you post new pics, do you have a final plan for painting it , colours etc, I like it in metal but assume it would not be practical in the real world to leave it like that ? Keep up the good work :thumbup: :clap: Cheers Mick. |

Not to decry Toms effort but as he posted at the start of this thread this was all from a 1906 book published for the amateur engineer in the days of flat belt treadle lathes and no milling machines. It makes you wonder what we have lost in the intermediate years ?
