Fred, I'm 35 miles north of you, and we have about 1/4". I've just been watching the kids over the road trying to get enough together for a snowball. We rarely seem to get much; a snowman is a rare sight. I'm sure my Dad put the kibosh on it when he built us kids a wooden sledge in the mid-1950s; it ended up being fitted with wheels. Andy |
