Looks like that does the job really well Darren :thumbup: Lots of little things I never really think of.... Like using a bit of copper pipe as a soft jaw.... Certainly does the job! I can see this type of mod helping me out on my machine.... I don't need the pin, (mine is a big M14 stud directly into the compound slide) just the nut with a handle... I'm using a huge spanner at the mo! Well, a 24mm ring about 9" long! Anyhow, it's annoying if nothing else when you keep putting it down and forgetting where! ::) I think I might have an inspired play? :dremel: Ralph. |
