Any other creative uses for 2" round delrin out there? I need a better reason to change the blade on my band saw to cut the bugger up! How about hockey pucks for midgets? :loco:

Yes, that's probably wise.

The changewheels on small Chinese lathes are usually Delrin or a similar acetal, and metric Mod 1, so your 2" bar could be turned into extra gears of 49T or less, Chuck. I suppose it may be easier to cut teeth in acetal blanks than in metal ones.
