Chuck in E. TN:
You guys, can we put the trolly tokens to bed, please? I haven't laughed so hard in yonks! It's amazing what people can get all wadded up about. :bugeye: Any other creative uses for 2" round delrin out there? I need a better reason to change the blade on my band saw to cut the bugger up! How about hockey pucks for midgets? :loco: Chuck |
Stilldrillin:
Sorry Chuck! It did get a bit out of shape, didn't it! :loco: :palm: Mod's hat on. Lets all get back to delrin and it's uses.......... David D |

The changewheels on small Chinese lathes are usually Delrin or a similar acetal, and metric Mod 1, so your 2" bar could be turned into extra gears of 49T or less, Chuck. I suppose it may be easier to cut teeth in acetal blanks than in metal ones. Andy |
