Here is the vendor info and a PDF form. There have been some changes to the information that is contained in and have been followed in the past years!

Please pay special attention to the new policy on USE OF THE FORK LIFT and new unloading rules, Due to abuse of both. The policy and procedures have been changed! There is now a charge for fork lift use by the arena! You will have to make prior arrangements with the YACK Arena for costs, payments,and scheduling of use.  NAMES is not responsible for forklift scheduling,use, or fee payment. Also please read the SET-UP section for the new rules and procedures. [/color]
