Hollowing a mahogany base

Well with Thanksgiving or Halloween or heck, Saturday coming and all, I'd suggest adding a 'Plunger' Router to your arsenal of goodies.  Yes, you can get carbide wood router bits and if you have a mill, ie x,y table you're on your way.

This guy has been pointed to before, but is woth repointing (I think  :thumbup:) For those of you who have not seen this, check out this guys router work with aluminum, (about 1/2 way down) not to mention a host of other fabricating process methods and ideas to munch on.
