Atkinson cycle engine

Good morning and hello to all, I am from Exeter, California and am working on an Atkinson Cycle Engine, I need a new set of piston rings, have no way to make them, would anyone out there be able to direct me to someone who can I would greatly appreciate any info provided. Thank you very much! (I am writing this for my dad, he is 94 and has pretty much made every part by hand but has no compression with the rings he has)
