hi all i got this from work it is a burnerd 3.1/2" chuck was bin thrown out in all it is in good orderbut it had a broken tooth on jaw No2 ther is two ways to reper this type of damige one is to mack and fit a new tooth or drill it and put a pin in i put a pin in to do this you will need to drill a hole with a dimond bur i then made a pin to be a tite fit in the hole and prest it in place right pics |

Nicely done  I would never have guessed you could get away with using a pin instead of a whole tooth. :smart: |

Gotta love those simple and elegant solutions. How do you figure the strength compared to the original tooth? I guess it wasn't that strong to start, since it did break... -Sparky |
