I got into US waters at the entrance of Delaware bay, and as Customs were shut over the weekend, I went up the bay , through the CD canal and tied the boat up in Bohemia river. Then a friend of mine went to get me and I am now near Indiana in PA where I am goimg to stay for a while before I go back to TIKI, sort her out and then go into the caribean for the winter here.
The place I am at now is called Rural valley in Pensylvania. Nice to see deer in the garden and snappers in the pond and black bears coming up to the house to eat the stuff we forgot to take inside.

Michael,

Sounds like an interesting - in all to many ways - voyage! Glad you got there OK & with such heartwarming tales to tell.

Seriously - you got straight into the US because you arrived on a weekend? No customs at all?? So much for impregnable borders....

Does that mean you have to leave at the weekend too, in case they wonder why you've got no stamp on your passport...?  :palm:
