Although I visit here regularly, I am sorry for my scant participation as life, health and family have occupied much of my time. For now I have had to be content to stay ahead of the publishing schedule for the Magnetic Clock series in Digital Machinist. I am astonished and gratified at the reception of the project and particularly appreciate George's posts on his progress and modifications in building the clock. Given the response to the project, I am able to offer printed circuit boards and electronics parts kits and perhaps assembled and tested units to help readers who may be hesitant to take on the electronic portion of the project. The information will be available in the Fall issue of Digital Machinist, but I can post details about the boards and kits if the moderators here approve. |
