I have no idea what was actually sold other than the domain name and old forum's database. How that all works legally, I have no idea. It doesn't seem possible that they can apply the TOS to posts made before it came into place. All are welcome here. If we need separate topics for more things (or at least better descriptors) let me know. Eric |

Until the IP situation is sorted, my pictures won't be available in my old HMEM threads (anybody can drop me a line and I'll direct them to them). I wouldn't put them out there if I didn't want to share them, but I also don't want to give somebody else 100% rights to them. :doh: |
