It's now had a couple of hours running happily, around 20mins at a time.

When it stops, the residual heat creeps into the cylinder, nipping the brass piston in the steel bore.
I think that could be called an accurate fit...... I'm astounded!  :bugeye:

Well, it surly is a "goodun", David.  It's absolutely beautiful in all respects, and runs
like an American watch!  (We made really good watches!)  : )
