OK, I was going to make a square mounted bearing for the purpose: that'll be a stick mounted one, instead. Might even make both, the day I get a round tuit.
Still, I need some explainations: when the tool is used as an edge finder, You determine the moment You reached the edge when the external ring touches the workpiece and stops turning ?
Then, it should only be a matter of zeroing the dro and moving the axis half of the bearing diameter (or doing the same find on the other side of the wp, if You're looking for the wp. centre, as I'm usually doing).
Sorry to ask for that in writings, but my pc. has no speakers (providing a I could still understand enough spoken English). Tried the beta 'caption transcript' (the red "CC") feature of Youtube, but it was of very little help. (Though fun)
