here we call that thing a "nudger" and yes they are quite usefull things to have on a lathe " I have even made a couple or five for the company I work for. I trhink if you do a search, Bogs did a write up on one of the ones he made a while back. Michael |

I can assure you it IS worth the time spend to make it ! I made one in an hour and it has saved me lots of hours indicating with a meter - make one RIGHT NOW ! :lol: :lol: |
