OK the rest of the pics its for cleaning out the Morse taper on the lathe Head the brush it self started out as a brush for cleaning drinking glasses but the Handel was plastic with a Handel on it which prevented from gowning threw the head stock turned dawn a length of broom Handel to 19 mm OD and their you have it |

Along the same lines... Go to your local gun shop and buy a cleaning mop for a 12 gauge shot gun. Fit it to a handle and you've got a great mop for cleaning the taper on the tailstock. The fuzzy material used for these mops has an almost magnetic attraction for swarf. |

HI well thanks for the tip but gun shops are a bit thin on the ground where i live as the brush was only £1 nothing to loos |
