This is one of the coolest things i've seen for quite a while! I have some trouble with him using a wood router for a lot of things for which it isn't designed, but he seems happy so there you go. Thanks for that link. Believe it or not I went and read through the whole post. That is one talented gentleman. If he can do all that with his hands and a router then imagine what he could do if he had a fully equipped shop. He sure does some beautiful work.

My right index finger is pretty scarred after a small accident with a router. He several times mentiones that he is very happy to have his fingers. That's my problem with that. I still believe in people looking after themselves, so his choice, but in my opinion what he does is outright dangerous and i want to stress that.
Besides that, it's his hands and his life, so he does whatever he so pleases. And damn fine he does it too!

I think that chap should be snapped up by either BMW or some fancy Italian outfit  for his design skills alone. Modding cars ain't my thing but this fella sure has a flare for it and the car looks a million bucks and i too read the 106 page thread from start to finish. I suspect he goes through a few routers in a year.
