Its time I said Hello

Hello to all.

 I have been hanging out on this great forum for about a year or so reading and learning lots so I thought I should be a little more polite and introduce myself.
My name is Bert and I am living in the wilds of North Western Ontario Canada. I am retired and a long time sailor, canoeist, RC modeller, hobby metal worker and builder of stuff.
I am not the type who will post a lot because I try to follow my mother’s advice, “Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak up and remove all doubt”. I will however make an effort to contribute when I think I have something  helpful  to offer.

Hi and welcome to the MadModder forum. Glad to have you on board. If you have any questions just ask as there is always someone around to answer or at least give an opinion.
