I would feel a whole lot more confident if Joe Cassidy was on the team that did the design/development of the landing system.  This is another wonderment from the kids at JPL who multiplied g's times kg (forgetting to convert to m/sē) to come up with Newtons a few years back.  On the other hand, my hypergolic fuel pump seems to be working well...
