What's this about pies? the only way I can conceive a connection between OP (= Theakston's "Old Peculier") and pies is maybe using OP in a steak & ale pie? - but I'd rather just drink it!  cheers  :beer:  :beer:  :beer:

The only thing before this that I know of called OP is an old Swedish aqua vitae or schnaps called OP Anderssonsīs.

A very tasty drink flavoured with cumin, aniseed, and fennel.  Yummy!  :drool:
