Ade Best wishes and get yourself well soon but don't push it. When you feel better, give yourself a couple of extra days of rest. You don't want it coming back for a return visit. Ask me how I know. I was going to send grapes but they would probably have fermented by the time they got there. Then you would have had the extra hassle of trying to clear alcohol thru customs.
