Just tried it, via your link, and it comes up as usual. I can navigate round it OK.

So it must be you......

I am pretty uncomputerate, but:

1. If Cupalloys are in your Favorites, perhaps their address has got corrupted. Delete them from Favorites, use your browser to find them again, and add them as a "new"  Favorite.

2. Maybe Cupalloys has sent you a dud cookie. It might be worth deleting their cookie from your computer, then trying to raise their website again.

If you use Internet Explorer, open it, click Tools then Internet Options, then on the General tab, under Browsing History, Click Settings, then View Files. That lists hundreds of cookies. Click on the Name column heading, and they will appear in alphabetical order. Look for one called cookie.me@cupalloys or similar, right click on it and then left click on Delete.

Then close everything back to Internet Explorer, and try Cupalloys again.

It is possible to do a wholesale deletion of all cookies, but this will cause a lot of your Favorites to forget your details so isn't advisable.

@Andy & Stuart

No cookies,no favourites, no nothin' ... got URL from net. This is a new PC, not used them from this one before.
Tried IE 64 bit & 32 bit ... no different.

Still don't work. Got them OK on the other PC ...

Java seems OK for everything else, so .....

Why just CuP ??

Used this PC ordering all sorts of stuff from all over the shop, so I don't see why CuP should be different.
Not altered any settings for IE since I got the PC. Set them to defaults again still won't ekkle.
Anyway, got the order in OK from t'other machine, so QED.
Bu99er though ... ??
