Afternoon chaps,

Can anyone recommend a good source for some decent brass or ally 5 pieces of 40mm diameter x 12mm thick?

I can refinish the blanks here but can't cut them down or part them off as only have a wood lathe with metal chuck and faceplates and YES I need a proper lathe.  :(

TIA

You can download this catalog (ue ). I know they do blanks.

Although blanks are usually 1" / 25 mm.

It would help if you gave some indication of you location, there may be someone who uses a supplier local to you who is willing to slice off to your dimensions ..

Whats wrong with a hacksaw, wont take long in brass with a sharp new blade.

College engineering sill saw balanks of a bar but there is likely to be a charge.
