A Reliant Robin racer.  It will be delivered just as soon as the moving company gorillas cease laughing their a....s off.

I'll just bet you did.  Looks like someone pinched the nose of a milk float.  What sort of wood was used to construct the engine?
John Stevenson:
Actually I bought a 1 1/2 ton Standard van with a blown engine, the Scammell Townsman had the same engine, a Leyland OM160 so I bought a nail off British rail for £15 and pulled the lump out and put it in my van.

Didn't make a lot of different it was still clapped out, went to London one day with a mate to the Science Museum, 240 mile round trip and being an unknown vehicle filled it up with 10 gallons of diesel and took two 5 gallon drums as backup.
Had to stop on the way back and buy 5 gallon to get home.

So that worked out at about 10 to the gallon for an empty van, our trucks were doing the same run daily at 10 mpg with 28 ton on their backs.

Oh happy days
