:lol: :lol: :lol: Rob, that was a nasty trick in the earlier post mate :wack: :lol: :lol: :lol: Dave, some confusion :palm: - there's actually two problems involved in this thread now :lol: The Imageshack problem is as Tim described... I also just see the yellow frogs. Must be a French thing.... Rob's problem was different; he couldn't get through to where I host his photos for him... It turned out that between his Internet Service provider and the servers where the pictures are stored, something went haywire - the one router on the route in between was down and there wasn't an alternate route available to the image server... Normally these things are sorted automagically by the stuff on the Internet, but once in a while there's a hiccup. Works a bit like our roads here; to get from A to B you need to know how to drive, and if there's roadworks there's signs to show you the detour. But sometimes the signs get stolen and you end up at a closed off road and no way to get where you want to go... The IP Packet thingies running around on the internet are very stupid and if they get in a situation like that, they bounce around a while and then disappears into atomic heaven never to be seen again :lol: :beer:, Arnold |
