What belt is this?

I bought a belt drive for my mini-mill several years ago and this is the belt that it uses. The belt is clearly marked "Gates 110". However, the only belt that I can find in the Gates catalog is the TruFlex 0110 that is described as being 1/4" x 1/8" with a circumference of 11". My belt is 11" circ., but is much narrower. Mine is less than 1/8" wide and about 3/32" thick.
Any idea of what this is and where to get a new one?

Hi,
Have a look at the gates Polyflex JB series, it could be a 3M section.

Looks like the Gates 5M series belt like the one that goes on my Emco C8 clone and the bit longer one that goes on the 9x20 lathes. I get mine from here:
http://stores.ebay.com/HCI-Supply-Company/Belts-/_i.html?_nkw=GATES+5M&_fsub=366735219&_sid=87569139
Contact them and I'll bet they can match it.

After checking the Gates product listing I think the belt is a Polyflex 3M280. Specs are 1/8" x 3/32" x 11.2" length (which I take to mean circumference).

Hi Charlie,
It is actualy the effective length, witch is slightly less than the circumference. Look on the Gates site for a document named "drivedesign_lightpower" it explains it all. (page 85)
