Hi guys,
I've finally got a little time back in my shop and gone back to my Stuart No4.
I made a start on the flywheel, but as I turned it to size I found a 'blow' hole on its perimeter. Only a couple of mm but too deep to machine out. I'd like to polish the rim rather than paint.
Does anyone have any good suggestions for some method of filling this? Doesn't have to be perfect (I'll stop the engine with the hole underneath

) but any suggestions that will improve the cosmetic appearance beyond that of a black hole is welcome.
Steve.
