Rolex bezel tool sought

And of you LOVELY chaps fancy building a tool so I can remove BRITTLE Ceramic bezel inserts?  
The insert is supposedly a very tight friction fit hence will need a good tool that can apply even pressure, probably need a tool that will be like a modified crystal die.
