I'm so tired of these "plastic" watering tools for the garden :doh: - they can't stand the light from the sun and they are so highly sensitive ! I'm searching a simple and stable garden watering tool - best with no moving parts ... no plastic .. :scratch: ... steinless steel :thumbup: ! Does any of you have en "blue print" for such a thing ? |

It might however be possible to make a sprinkler with only one moving part using the water as a bearing, in such a way that it does not wear out and the water pressure to move the spray around. It would at least make an interesting design exercise :) |

how about a solinoid out of an old washing machine some are low voltage the type of solinoid that is used to let water in , plus a time switch, if the solinoid is low voltage a cheap plug in transformer OH a box and some hose(for in and out of box ) and some quick connect couplers to conect to tap any watering system, Peter |
