Nice! Looking forward to the video.

Are those delrin/acetal mounts for your tank?

Beautiful. Is that a kit you started with? I'm wondering what a good novice kit might be to start with.

tank mounts are 101nylon. this is not a kit it is from bar stock, the flywheels are casting. the frame is alum. and is made in 2 pieces for easy machining.the prints are from jerry howell, his son now sell the plans and they are excellent. i have also build his i/c powerhouse which is from bar stock, and is a good one to start with, and a good runner. i need to hook up ignition, and assemble the gov. on other flywheel, and then to start. just got a new video cam. so when i get it figured out i hope to post videos of both. for me making the models is easier then posting pics. or videos.the plans can be gotten for alan howell at jerry howells site at jerry howell .com. thanks for looking. jonesie

couple more pics of the assembly of the farmboy. need to get a longer spring for the gov. balls then hook up ignition. i am using an s/s ignition, not going to wire the spark save to start want to make sure it is running good first. hope to get it started next week sometime , then with a little luck i can get a video posted. thanks jonesie
