Rob.Wilson:
A bit more whittling of the cylinder block tonight ,, bored out and under cut the section for the water tank .
 
Then back to the mill ,,, removed some of the excess material to from the tank


Used a end mill with a 3mm rad to form the tank top

Milled the tank hole square


Added a rad to the top edge of the tank


 next a slot is milled to join the tank to the water jacket


And thats it for tonight
