Jim & Jim - good fix between you! :) This leads me onto a question.... I have two M4 metric dies: an 0.7 & 0.75. According to a brief google, M4x0.5 is Metric Fine, and M4x0.7 is metric coarse. So what the heck is M4*0.75? |

hi I've found a reference to M4 x 0.75 at http://www.sizes.com/tools/thread_metric.htm its not the usual ISO coarce or fine thread but JIS what ever that is ! John |
