My buddy is building up an older CJ7 as an offroad/rock crawler, replacing the older 6-cylinder engine with an 8-cylinder Cadillac motor.  He needed a newer panel for mounting the tach and other gauges.  This is the result.  Panel is 17.5x8.5x.125", with the center hole being 3-5/8 diameter.



The holes were milled CNC using this setup:
