ok-got the point after reading though posts. Everyone likes pics.

Here are a few pics of my mill. sorry, the cameraman (me) had a few espressos today and couldn't keep the camera still.


 I have a South Bend Lathe as well. I just figured out today that the original motor (at least i think it is the original) is a single phase 1 HP. I hope that will be ok. Probably for the minor stuff i will do.

Here are some pics of my bike project. Originally a '77 Yam xs650.



I usually get a bunch of crap about 'choppers' and 'new school' and other various put downs from purists but I had a picture in my head of a bike when i started and this is now it. I only had to go through a pile of money and a pile of tubing to get it done the way i wanted. I am damn proud of this thing, even in the state it is in.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes. i will post more when it is warmer than 15 F in the shop and i can be in there for a while.
