John, There is a bit more to it than just working as a dividing head, plus unlike a normal DH, you can get ALL the holes you require, on most DH's, there are usually some holes that you can't get (unless you opt for the even more expensive Universal DH). It can be easily programmed to turn thru arcs, so it allows you to machine curved slots, say making a ten spoked flywheel etc etc. So really, it is up to your imagination and programming prowess (a thing I now have to learn). If you are into the technical programming side of things, I would suggest you download the operating instructions from the website. That should give you more insight into what it can do.
