I still have to make  a bushing for the small end and the rest of the attachments

Rob,
Silly question but why not lift the table off, make a bushing for where the table spigot goes and use that arm, put the vise on the base table ?  Don't apply now as you have made it but others could do this without making a new arm when most bench drills already have one

Of course, things might have to be scaled down a bit to fit your dainty attachment
