Recently bought an old lathe to start learning machine work. Next on the list is a foundry setup, I've got access to plenty waste oil, and can weld. How hard can it be :zap: --- End quote --- Very easy Yorkie ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, just don't try it indoors       cheers Dave    Rob :D Edit : give up on oil burners ,,,,,,,,,, cupola furnace next :med: |

I'm in Halifax Pics... Well I'd love to show you some of the prototype oil burners I made a few years ago, but they're buried under a load of snow. I've put a thread up about my lathe in the tools bit. This is my SV650 which has taken up a lot of my time the last few years. Very far from standard, handling is excellent and it makes good power for an SV. And my (ex) GSXR750 which was a brilliant bike, ex endurance racing one with some fancy cams and head and such. Picked it's feet up a bit. Was great, had to sell it... the guy crashed it and it caught fire on first race. :( Also had an RD400D, and still have a GSXR750G awaiting some TLC to get it running. |
