An world wide RC airboat site
(1/1)
PTsideshow:
Here is something I stumbled across who would have thought there were as many people world wide interested in RC airboats. Interesting site, lots of videos, and photo galleries, the only draw back to the site is there seems to be a lot of porn posting addies in the comment section of the galleries. Other than that a very interesting site.

Hey PT, I'm a memeber of that forum. Been one for quite some time. As a matter of fact I sarted to build an airboat. Have gotten about halfway through before the live steam engine bug bit, and the Bridgeport came along and..... you get the point.
To many intersts and not enough time. :P

Pretty neat, on the cutting of Bass or Balsa or other thin material. take a look at this. it is a strap cutter that uses single edge razor blades.
3080-00-M.JPG Craftool Strap Cutter
3080-00 Works great at cutting all different weights of leather. Can easily adjust to cut 1/8" to 4" strips. Handy cross bars add support. Includes one blade. (Additional replacement blades #3081.)
Club Price $16.00 ea
Your Price $19.99 ea
You just have to snap the blade in two or buy their overpriced ones already snapped in two
