Hi all
I found this site some months ago following a link to build a radius turning tool.Which i will have to start soon sometime. part way into a 4 inch scale traction engine build.

Funny, I just stopped to check email and grab some lunch while in the middle of cutting a ball turner.

Cool - I'm on Breck Road, in a big shed behind the car wash; pop in if you fancy a cuppa, the kettle's always on, although we are experiencing some difficulties with the water supply just now (all the pipes are frozen again)...

Wallasey village is not that  far from me , just the other  end of the Mersey tunnel

the old Lancashire Watch Company Building is about a 12 minutes walk from me
