Small crane for the shop |

I bought a similar one over here for the crane I built. It's been up for about year and it's still going strong. Mine is rated at 500kg, but is only used to lift vises, rotary tables, etc. The only thing I changed was the hook and I put the control on a home made festoon with a spring balancer. Dave |

At that price you can't go wrong. John S. |

I got one of those eBay units to put my lathe on it's stand. From memory, I paid around $60 for it. It would have been cheaper (and safer) to buy a few slabs of beer and invite some friends around  |

I bought the winch on ebay about 3 years ago and mounted it on a monorail that runs the length of the shed, saves a lot of hassles (and hernias) :) |
