HMEM
« on: October 16, 2010, 12:51:42 AM »
Is every one else having trouble with the HMEM site?
I get a "unsafe site"warning, and then get a page about "badware"
This happens every time I try a different page on the site, and I can't log in at all.
I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms  :(

It works fine for me - do you guys who are having problems go direct to the site, or are you trying to get in via Google? As far as I can tell, it's only Google that's blocked it...

Cheers!

I have AVG virus and all other kind of security, I did try the ignore it took me to another site that was telling us what a good job its doing. Since I have firefox and it did alert me when the last episode on HMEM a couple weeks ago. I turned the google thingie off I went to HMEM and used my link in my book marks. So far it seems they have it under control my own anti badware software AVG hasn't alerted me to anything from any where.

It may be just another way Google is trying to take over the world!  :bugeye:

and I'm working on the first two!

I got that annoying message also, when accessing HMEM, over and over, and made (also) a hasty conclusion, that Google has expanded its territory again.

Maybe Google have done so, but it can be avoided by simply disabling "block reported attack sites" (Firefox). It's just a new "gimmick", that has been added to browser(s). Too bad, that none of those warning messages mention, what the user can do to disable that feature, even if it's a trusted site as HMEM.
