Psst, want to know an easy way of doing what that do-dad does, just use a six inch ruler to get the tooling height correct. :)

I chuck a piece of 1/2" bar, with a "centre" type point on one end, and set the tool height to the point.

Turn the bar around, and take a light proving cut across the blank end.

Works for me!  :thumbup:
