Thanks for posting those.
I see you use the roller bearings on rods. Looking forward to the other pictures.

Here is one with the router table and router. The table can be removed for plasma cutting.

Here is a video of the plasma table in operation. I put the plasma cutter company logo on the original clip so the company could use my video, he's a friend.

Very nice Dan. That gantery arangement is quite unique. Never seen one like that. Your design?
Next question, is it made out of mdf or metal, the gantery that is? Also aren't you afraid you might get to much dust in the computer?
Ya I know so many questions. Still nice though that you can both rout and plasma cut on one table. Great vesatility.
Again thanks for taking the time to post those pics and the vid.

Bernd,
The gantry is a 2X4 with EMT tubing top and bottom using skate wheel bearings as you mentioned. The table now has a metal cabinet for the PC and controller. The vents for the cabinet have filters for the dust. I have also put the keyboard and mouse in a screen enclosure for RF protection. I found that you really have to ground and shield when using HF start plasma. The only MDF is the router table, the rest is either wood or metal.
