MrFluffy:
Good extension of capacity, has the potential for toppling increased since having the top section grafted on though? |
DABIRDGUY:
No tipping accidents so far, althogh I did have a hammer go flying across the shop when I spun the top too fast. |
BillTodd:
Don, I like that - consider it stolen ;) BTW I looked up the patent date on your sheet rollers: http://www.glennsplace.com/slip_roller.htm The patent refers to the adjustable box bearing, filed by a Hail S Grannis on May 7 1889 for the Stow and Wilcox company of Southington Connecticut I'd guess those rollers date from about the same era :) http://www.google.com/patents?id=KjVSAAAAEBAJ&pg=PA1&dq=roll+%22may+7%22&as_drrb_is=b&as_minm_is=5&as_miny_is=1889&as_maxm_is=5&as_maxy_is=1889&source=gbs_selected_pages&cad=1#v=onepage&q=roll%20%22may%207%22&f=false Bill |
