This link will take you to the Hyperthrem site, they are starting a education section. I'm not pushing this brand, I will say that I own a 600. But most of the information can be used by any one that has a plasma unit. At least the major US brands, TD, Hyperthrem, Esab, Miller, Lincoln, Hobart. I can not say if the offshore brands contain the same bits and pieces in the consumables.
