Hi guys... I am about 2/3'rds of the way thru this course. They send you a pretty good book for free. You read a chapter ...take a test. If you fail you can retake it. You read a chapter ...take a test. You read a chapter ...take a test. You read a chapter ...take a test. Repeat.... spin.... dry... you get the idea. NO cost. And I'm learning a LOT. The book is easy to read,(LOTS of pictures!). Covers machining of most all types. They give you 6 months to complete the course. There is some "advertising" in that they feature their products, but it is not unreasonable or out of line considering the price. Be well! Glenn |

Syllabus looks OK but .... Please Note: The Home Study Course is for U.S. registered students ONLY, and if not completed within 6 months there will be a $150.00 charge. Pity about that. |

When you take the tests and fail, you can retake them. All are less than 15 questions. SAME TEST...SAME QUESTIONS....SAME ORDER. In theory you could "comeplete" the course in 2 hours or less. |
