Nice job, Bernd. I made one several years ago. I started out like you did, drilling the holes for the rods in two separate pieces but they kept pushing apart and I could never get the holes "just right". I ended up drilling through solid blocks and slitting with a saw. |

Thanks guys. Don, I started the project on March 26. I thought I'd try doing a project, take pics and post when I was done. That way I could get the sequence right because I some times do things out of order. Kevin, nice job on yours. They almost look identical. Bernd |
