Thanks Davo and CC :beer: Davo , i was exspecting taperd splines ,,,,,,, its an old car , and has straight splines , the boss locks on to the steering colum with a split taperd collet ,you could say a larger version of a cylinder head valve spring collet . Cheers Rob |
