Hi all Got hit with a little bit of :proj:, need a ball turner for a number of upcoming things, so got busy and made one milled out a bit of 6061 for the base, replicating the dovetail on the original Taig cross-slide cleaned up a bit of round stock for the rotating bit, milled a dovetail slot for the tool holder; the little bump in the side of the slot is for a piece of teflon to ease the travel of the sliding bit Here's all the parts And here it is where it belongs Cheers Joe |
