Rob.Wilson:
Thanks Trion  Hi and thanks Darren , any time , The gears were cut with a comercial gear cutter and its always good practice to cut to FULL depth ,in one pass , the cutters last longer . The gear is made from high carbon steel , the same as the original gear , i did a spark test on the old gear . it took about 1 1/4 hours to cut the teeth . I also had the coolant on for the steel gear , no coolant for the cast change wheel . Thanks Rob |

I am thinking about make an attachment for the 626 mill so i can cut some skew gears. Cheers Rob |
